For those of you in the Tel Aviv area…we are starting a mentorship program with Tel Aviv
University students (with Hillel). If you are interested in your kids being matched with a
college student for informal afternoon activity every week, please let me know ASAP (the
program will start over Purim). Fun activities might include going to a movie, going bowling,
going to the beach, kicking around a football…and more. Space is limited so please call ASAP.
Mark your calendars! On April 3rd we are having a fun-day with Hapoel Tel Aviv Football
Club at their training grounds in Holon. We plan on having a range of activities to suit all our
young members, not just football fans! Once again, transportation will be provided to
anyone who needs it – just let us know.
We had a great start in December with our inaugural Chanuka party.
While well over 50 kids let loose and had fun learning about Native Americans, jumping on
bouncy castles, getting painted and then photographed, playing football, eating way too
many hotdogs, and more, the parents had a chance to chat with people facing a similar
situation.
Thank you to everyone who donated services for the Chanuka party:
